Appointment Adjustments

If your appointment requires additional services that were not booked at the time of scheduling (e.g., nail repairs, removal from another nail technician’s work, etc.), the appointment duration and pricing will be adjusted accordingly.

It is your responsibility to book the appropriate services when scheduling to ensure enough time is allotted. If time permits, I will accommodate the adjustments, but if it affects subsequent bookings, I may need to reschedule or modify the service.

Services cannot be performed over broken skin, active infections, or contagious nail/skin conditions affecting the service area.

Cancellation Policy

If your appointment needs to be canceled or rescheduled less than 48 hours in advance, the $25 deposit will be forfeited and cannot be applied to any future or rescheduled appointments. This policy ensures that my schedule remains fair to all clients, as late cancellations often leave open slots that could have been offered to other clients. Appointment changes made more than 48 hours in advance will not affect the deposit and can be rescheduled at no additional cost.

In case of emergencies or illness, please note that this policy still applies to ensure consistency and fairness to all clients.

Lateness Policy

I offer a 15-minute grace period for lateness. If you arrive within the 15-minute window, I will do my best to complete your service within the remaining time. However, please note that the service may be modified based on the time available to ensure that I stay on schedule for the next client. If you are more than 15 minutes late, your appointment may be canceled and the $25 deposit forfeited, as this impacts the appointments of other clients.


Scope of Service

By booking an appointment, clients acknowledge that nail services are provided at their own discretion and agree to disclose any known allergies, sensitivities, medical concerns, injuries, or conditions that may affect the service. While all tools, products, and procedures are selected and performed with sanitation and safety standards in mind, the service provider is not liable for allergic reactions, sensitivities, or complications resulting from undisclosed conditions, external damage, improper aftercare, or services performed elsewhere.

Services are cosmetic in nature and no medical diagnosis or treatment is provided or implied.

Service Provider Delays & Cancellations


In the unlikely event that the service provider is delayed by more than 10 minutes, you will be notified as soon as possible and a courtesy adjustment beginning at 15% may be applied to the service total.

If the service provider must cancel or significantly reschedule an appointment within 48 hours, priority rebooking, extended availability where possible, and a courtesy adjustment may be offered to accommodate the inconvenience.

No Refunds or Chargebacks

All services are final sale. Due to the time, preparation, and products reserved for each appointment, refunds are not provided on completed services.

If you experience concerns relating to product performance or workmanship, please reach out within the service guarantee period so the issue can be assessed and, where appropriate, adjusted or repaired.

Chargebacks submitted for valid charges may result in refusal of future bookings and supporting documentation being provided to the payment processor or financial institution.

NAIL RECOVERY PACKAGE

All package appointments must be booked and completed before the expiry date. Any unused services or credits are forfeited at expiry. All included services, credits, and fixes hold no cash value, are non-transferable unless stated, and cannot be exchanged for other services. Credits must be used only as outlined in each package. Standard cancellation and no-show policies apply. Missed or late-cancelled appointments count as redeemed services. Package pricing is protected only for the duration of the package and does not secure future pricing.

PACKAGE PAYMENT PLAN

Payment Schedule: 50% is due on the date of purchase, The remaining 50% is due 30 days after purchase.
Access to Package Pricing & Credits: Package service credits and package pricing apply only when the payment plan is current. If the second payment is not paid in full by the due date, the package is treated as incomplete until the balance is paid.

If the Second Payment Is Not Completed: Booking access may be paused and no additional appointments will be confirmed until the account is current. Any amount already paid converts to studio credit at full service pricing (not package value). This may result in fewer services than the original package. The package discount and any included bonuses/credits are suspended until the balance is paid.
